What is not included in our closing service:

Your pool needs to be clean and clear of debris in order to close it properly. If your pool is not in pristine condition at the time of closing, we are not responsible for the condition of the pool at closing, any wrinkles, staining, and hard to clear pools at the time of opening.

Any problems that have been found at the time of closing beyond something easily fixable will require a separate service call which will be booked as time permits. Quick fixes will be charged as a separate item on the closing invoice. Any additional repairs found at the time of closing are not included in the closing price.

What should you consider?

We recommend customers bring their own water sample into the store for analysis and proper accuracy prior to closing the pool.
